As title. I’ve completely gone off food. Not pregnant.
I am very health conscious and up until a few weeks ago, stuck to a mainly whole food diet. Lots of beans, salads, raw veggies. I wasn’t keen on fruit.
Now a salad or lentils seems so disgusting to me. I want either fruit or sweets or just small snacks. No large meals. I’m hungry, but I never fancy anything. Or when I do (like last night, I wanted stir fry), it doesn’t taste good.
all recent blood tests came back normal,
anyone else experienced this?
