Just any tips really DD wasn't flagged as overweight or anything at her pre 1yo check

She did grow fast and she is 15mo now in 12-18! Pyjamas or tight stuff I like to get 18-24 for any potential in wash shrinking but I got lots of 18-24 summer stuff (in last year sales lol) and its looking like she cant use as 12-18 tops are still big the pants fit just etc

But she just seems to have a little belly and she is walking rapid now she gets out her pram on days out etc. Eating she doesn't over eat she has less some days some days has good eating but overall she's a picker tbh

So does this just go as she gets taller? Im thinking she's due a little growth spurt?

DS has been skinny/scrawny from birth, and had a full head of hair he looked like an angry old man, we used to go to baby and toddler clubs and I'd envy the mums of the chubby little ones, most of them have those cute little pot bellies, they grow out of them. I always felt like I missed out the cute chubby baby phase! (He's an adorable 6 year old)

Our super HV told me that the little pot bellies are sometimes a sign that they have a bit of a weak core at that stage. Lots of encouragement to climb up and down and over things, sitting up from lying down from the tummy (like a sit up) rather than rolling over and pushing up from hands and knees is apparently supposed to help strengthen all those muscles. She'll probably have a growth spurt soon and look a bit more in proportion and as she uses all those muscles for walking as well.

Thanks! I know she's obviously not overweight as shed probably be in clothes sizes way bigger she's in the right size for her age and even that can be swimming on her?

I think that's what I mean she seems a bit out of proportion bless her. Strutting around but seems stodgy??🤣 like she should be taller so I think one is definitely due. It's a weird in-between stage I think still a bit of. A baby but a bit of a toddler too
