Help what's this called

I Need help to find something but I don't know what it's called so I need to find out.

I need it to hold something tight in place . Basically I have a large pool. I have rolled/folded the liner its really heavy but I Need it to stay rolled in place or it unrolls and I can't move it .

The thing I'm looking for works in a simlar way to a cable tie or belt . But its flat and it has a mental bit at the end. It would go round my rolled pool liner then I would thread one end through the metal part and then you can pull it tight so everything stays in place

I'm not sure if I'm making any sense. If anyone knows what I'm talking about could you tell me what irs called. Thank you.

Have I bought the wrong thing . It seens to say i need to loop it round something like a pole /roof rack or simlar. But I just want to make a tight hold on a rolled up pool liner

It is a long piece of webbing with a metal buckle on one end. You put it round the rolled up material and the feed the loose end through the buckle and pull to tighten
