Neuroscience careers?

A young relative is studying Neuroscience at university, and I'm curious where it might lead. I've read some general careers info online, but it would be interesting to hear some real experiences. If you know someone who studied this, what did they end up doing?

I know someone who did neuroscience and now works in a rehabilitation centre for stroke patients.
Even if the neuro degree doesn't lead to a specific neuro career, there will be opportunities to work in labs or data analysis that will come from the degree. Also, some scientific research companies (like AstraZenica) have graduate openings for grads who have a hard science degree. It might not be a neuro career, but it will certainly open the door to a career in science.
