Flirting

I just had a nice experience, I was walking my dog and a man approximately 10 years older than me walked the other way with his grandchild , carrying a small bike. We said hello, I made a comment about him having his hands full. Chatted about the dog and the little boy, and our older children. He then said I looked fantastic as I walked away. I said thank you and carried on. He is obviously a master at flirting, as it just didn't feel creepy at all. I am divorced, in my 50s but in a relationship. I honestly think if I had been single I might have encouraged the conversation to continue. I walked off feeling pretty buoyed up. He was just a normal looking guy in his vis work wear for context. I wonder if he does that all the time or I just looked especially stunning 😅would it creep most women out?

It wouldn’t creep me out, nothing wrong with a compliment. I just wish I still had a figure that would encourage a wolf whistle!

Yuck. Yes, I would not feel safe if a strange man made this comment.
At what point would it not have felt a nice experience? If he'd stood too close? Touched your arm? Leant in and hugged you? Walked beside you when you had said you were going to continue your walk alone? Asked where you live?

It depends so much on the location, situation and the vibe the person gives off.
