Where to buy a decent pair of slippers?

I tend to only ever buy cheap slippers. They don't last very long before falling apart. Is there such a thing as slippers that are comfy and will last a while? Where do you get yours from?

I like Celtic & Co. slippers. They are not cheap, with most styles £89 & my favourite style, called clogs with backs, £99. I like them because they last me 4-5 years, are really comfortable and manage to be both warm in winter & cool in summer. They also have a decent sole on them so I can wear them outside eg to hang the washing out or put the bins out.

Slip on slippers never last me long, so I bought a pair of fleece lined crocs to use in the house and they have lasted me ages and very comfortable.

I had a pair of Onaie slippers. They are sheepskin and I got them on sale for under £30. They lasted me about 3 years, working from home so probably wearing them 13-14 hours a day 5+ days a week.

I would second Celtic and Co. I like the moccasins. They aren’t cheap £90! That said they’ve lasted for years so cost per wear is tiny. You can normally find a 10-15%discount code plus free delivery online which helps. I’ve bought several pairs as gifts and they are really well made.
