This is my main physical symptom of menopause. I’m 50 and started HRT (oestrogen gel) about 10 days ago. When are the night sweats going to stop?? And what can I do to mitigate in the meantime? I have the window open, cotton PJs, and I sleep alone. It’s really disrupting my sleep as I wake up cold and damp! Any solutions from the MN hive mind? Please??
