Need some inspiration … catering for vegan guests but mindful of non vegans who would like some meat choices…need breakfast, lunch, dinner options….

What about things like:

Vegan/meatatarian chilli

Leek and potato soup is fine vegan and can be improved with a bit of cream if you aren't vegan.

I do a tasty salad with roasted butternut squash (with cumin and optionally chilli), lots of toasted seeds, rocket, green salad and balsamic. I add parma ham and parmesan for non-vegans. You could potentially add some tofu/similar to up the protein content for vegans.

You could also do a roasted Mediterranean vegetable traybake with roasted gnocchi/bread etc, and sausages and have one tray with vegan sausages and one with meat sausages.

Oh I love the gnocchi bake idea, great shout!

I think Self assembly style food works well in this scenario - eg wraps with different fillings that people can combine individually. Hummus and variations on that theme are a good base, combine with fresh chopped tomatoes/ salad leaves/ other bits and bobs from the deli counter. Non-vegans could add feta or tzatziki or even pulled pork style fillings.

I love a Moroccan themed lamb and sides as the sides can be vegan - spiced potatoes, tabbouleh, falafels, tomato salad, flatbreads, yoghurt dip with vegan yoghurt if you want to, pomegranates, handfuls of coriander - yum!

Breakfast you could do avocado on toast and dairy free overnight oats (oatly or coconut yoghurt and fresh berries) - add poached eggs and crispy bacon for meat eaters. I’ve also had some incredible homemade vegan cinnamon rolls at a friends house.

Lunch/dinner build your own tacos. Another self assembly. One veggie bean chilli, one meat, some sour cream and cheese and then everything else the same - salad, guacamole, jalapeños, salsa, corn on the cob.

Also love the Greek idea, could do some Greek spiced lamb chops on the side or chicken skewers.

Yep avo on toast will be breakfast and loving the self assembly ideas 😍
