Warwick university g100 Maths, has anyone's DC received a response for their application to start in Sep 25?

DD hasn't heard anything but has been informed by her friend who has also applied for this course but also not heard anything that their friend has received a conditional offer.
DC doesn't know what the offer has been based off of but does know that their TMUA results were a lot lower than DDs.
We were hoping to get an idea if the offers a trickling out out or if they do them in one go?

Yes my son got an offer a month of two ago and is going to an offer holders day in May. Maybe ring admissions to find out what’s going on.

Congratulations to your son.
Do you mind me asking was it the G100 maths and not a combined course as I know a lot of the combined courses have been offered already.
Did he do early admissions? Or apply at normal time? DD didn’t like Oxford or Cambridge so didn’t do early admissions but now I’m wondering if she has hindered her chances with Warwick.

Hi, sorry not answered earlier. It’s just a single honour maths degree so presumably G100. He applied in October as also applied for Cambridge. He hasn’t done the TMUA as his school advised just to do the STEP so he’s got that in a month or so. Have you heard anything at all from them ? Must admit we were getting worried because we didn’t hear until probably end of Feb I think. Maybe check all emails including spam ones. Hope you find out and good luck 🤞

DD is checking UCAS daily but hasn’t heard anything, He was offered without doing the TMUA? That means that Warwick don’t actually follow their own entry requirements, so if they haven’t done early admissions, it will be random if they get offered place and not based on meeting the entry requirements.

I saw someone on WIWIKAU had an offer recently, my nephew is still waiting to hear.

Like I said he’s doing the STEP in June and 4 A* stars predicted and an A star already in an EPQ so as far as I know that’s not breaking their requirements.

The Warwick Maths undergraduate offer webpage says either TMUA or STEP: warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/maths/studywithus/ug/our-offer/
