Do I contact them to let them know?

I ordered something from ebay almost a month ago (said 2-3 days on the ad), Seller had 99 per cent feedback and had sold loads of items so ordered from them. Got a tracking number almost instantly. An hour later I was trying to show someone what I ordered and the seller profile no longer existed, It said 'This seller is no longer registered'

Was starting to panic a bit because I had never had that before with a seller and it seemed like their account was gone just after sending a tracking number.

Been watching the tracking since I ordered and it got stuck and didn't change for three weeks.

Contacted ebay who said they would contact me next Friday to discuss the best thing to do.

Gone to my account just now and it's saying 'case closed, refund issued'

This morning the tracking updated to it being at local depot..

Do i contact ebay to stop the refund? Not got it yet but should have it by tomorrow..

So far you've had neither to refund or the item so I'd hang fire.

Wait for item to actually turn up before you do anything (but yes if the item arrives I'd be honest with ebay. Maybe they'll still honour the refund given the time it's taken for item to arrive?)

I would wait to I have the item in my hand. You nearly deserve the refund for the hassle.
