Anyone used DIY-Kitchens? An online supplier. Trust pilot give good reviews but I'm not always convinced.

Yes, last year. I paid for an independent designer to make the most of the space and do the ordering. We could’ve managed without her but it made life easier and she’s made my kitchen look beautiful! Quality is great, builders had no trouble, delivery was as expected. Designer is using them for her own house now. Can’t fault it at all.

Yes. We got our kitchen from them 3 years ago. Fantastic quality, and customer service. Would highly recommend. There's a very active Facebook page which is full of customer experiences, ideas, and photos. www.facebook.com/groups/381845813632207/?ref=share. We designed ours ourselves and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

There are some recommendations on the Facebook page linked. Karen Wallace at OnePlan is very highly spoken of on there.

We got very lucky, put a message on our local FB page and she responded. She’d worked for a company for a while but was just starting out on her own. Gave us a very good deal if we let her use the pics on her social media etc. There’s done on the diy fb page I think.

Yes, after lot's of research including on here.
I thought they were brilliant and we went to lots of places for comparison they were cheaper by about 3 grand all cabinets came ready made.
Very happy

Yes and they're fantastic. I designed ours when we had an extension done, and the carpenter employed by the builder fitted it. We used a granite company for the island and main worktop and they were excellent too.
I had the best fun using the DIY Kitchens online planning tool! Ours went in five years ago and only today I was thinking how much I absolutely love it 😁My DN and a good friend have also used them on my recommendation and been just as happy.

This is great news. Thanku everyone. I've been on the website for hours today pricing up with my designer/fitter and have ordered some sample doors to look at. I do have an appointment at Wrens in 2 weeks but will prob cancel that. I know they will be a lot more expensive. I know the design I want already.

We used them about 5/6 years ago. Were excellent and kitchen still looks as good as new. We used a more local company (NE) to template and fit quartz bench tops and mirror splash backs.

We planned it ourselves using a lot of information on here about what people loved/loathed in kitchens as well as going to a lot of places like Wren (who i wouldn't touch with a barge pole) to get ideas. You can submit your plan to DIY kitchens and they will check it over to make sure you've got everything you need. We also fitted it ourselves (competent diyers). They were also great with technical questions. We went down to their factory/showroom and it was definitely worth it. Have recommended to other people who have since used them.
