Short period cycle

Hello, I am 30 years old going to be 31 in August, my last 3 cycles have been short. I cycle used to be around 24 days to 28 days however the last 3 cycles have been 14-18 days apart! Could I be going through premenopause?? I would love to have a child is it too late for me? With my cycle being so short am I even ovulating?

see a GP, they will check your hormones.

That sounds very short. I have cycles around 22 days and I had a couple of miscarriages in my 30s. I asked for hormone levels to be tested and I had low progesterone which was shortening my luteal phase and I was ovulating pretty much the last day of my period.

get some ovulation sticks (cheap ones from Amazon worked for me) there are way to increase progesterone, vit B6 is one of them.

see a doctor though to get hormones tested x
