Easter Monday - inspiration needed

2 adults wanting to spend the day doing something fun. Preferably not around masses of children or family events.

Weather isn't looking great.

Live in East Sussex on a coastal town, so the beach and South Downs are regular options. We fancy something a little different. Happy to travel up to 90mins.
