Tummy tuck

I have a very unfortunate tummy apron. I am seriously considering a tummy tuck probably either Turkey or Lithuania/Poland.
Has anyone got any personal recommendations or know of any good groups I could join please?!

I went to Fi Clinica in Lithuania and I would highly recommend them. They have 2 Facebook groups, one clinic run and one run by ex patients where people post their results and you can ask any questions
