ASOS and PayPal

Anyone know why PayPal isn’t an option on ASOS at the moment - is it just me - I’ve been using it to pay for other things so there’s nothing wrong with my account

I used it on ASOS a few days ago. Could you clear cookies and see if that helps? Their chat system is appalling (ASOS) but if you’ve got time I’d suggest that was your first port of call. I’m going to check my account now and I’ll come back to you.

@northshoreIt’s working fine for me. You haven’t accidentally deleted it as a payment method have you?

No @TheFormidableMrsC it just says PayPal unavailable at the moment - no idea why!

Really weird, in that case I have no clue!

@TheFormidableMrsCi actually got to speak to someone on Asos chat - he said PayPal has been disabled for a number of customers but it will be back. And he didn’t know why.

That’s so strange! I can’t imagine why either. I hope you get it sorted out.
