I was checking my son’s phone and came across a message where a girl had asked him to send her a dick pic and of his feet for her OF account. I’m utterly horrified. He declined. I saw another message where she’d asked another kid to join the account. I don’t know which school she goes to and don’t know her parents. I have her phone number. Not sure who to inform of this. I haven’t spoken spoken to my son yet.

You need to report this to the police.

How do you even know its a 14yo girl? Could be any creepy weirdo .

If it really is a child with an of account you need to report it to of and the police.
But report to police anyway as it's classed as inviting CSA images/abuse to send a child of either sex messages asking for that.
I'd say it could well be an adult posing as a kid?! Or at best a kid playing a sick joke, but you need to make sure your son has no further contact with this person.

A child is on OF? Was she trying to get the other child to subscribe? You need to tell the police.
