would my step sister family be related to me or not like her uncle or cousin ?

Your step siblings are not blood relatives. If your parent has a child with someone else then they would be half siblings, and their kids half neice/nephew etc.
But many people see step family the same as normal family. My 'cousin' is not actually related to me as neither of her parents are my blood relatives, but her step dad is my first cousin. So I still call her my cousin.
These are all just labels really. I have an older male family friend I consider an uncle.
