Been awake now since 12am, up and down the stairs to bed and back, I want to chop my legs off ! Taken two magnesium supplements, can I expect these to help?
Have no tonic water or anything, hot water bottle not helping. Cannot lie there anymore !!

Try Sweet Bee Organics Magnesium Butter - rubbing it into my legs before bed has helped me.

A bar of soap in the bed helps but I don't know why.

This is so random 😆

I’ve cured my restless legs. Had it for years after my first DC was born. Turns out it was linked to low ferritin (iron) levels and upon increasing my iron because of another matter, my legs got better and better until I no longer have it at all. I did google when I noticed it improving and there is a link. Might be worth exploring as it’s bloody awful!

@ParsnipPuree you need to look at the 'elemental magnesium' not the actual weight of the tablet.

I take 450mg of elemental magnesium glycinate which is 4500mg of actual tablet.

This worked for me with leg cramps. I think it is something to do with awareness of it makes you turn more carefully. I don't believe in this kind of stuff at all so people were really surprised when I was raving about it. I rarely get cramps now (bananas and magnesium work for that) so had forgotten about this tip!

Tie a hairband (or similar) tightly around your feet so each side of your foot is curving inwards.
