Pashka recipe request

I want to try out an alternativeEaster pud tthis year and I've settled on Pashka. The trouble us there are a HUGE number of recipes with wide variation. Can anyone recommend a recipe please?

I'll be honest, I don't know how traditional it is but a friend makes this one and everyone loves it (And you can't go wring with a Maggie Beer recipe!)

Brilliant, thank you! Might have to reduce the fruit types a bit (could spend a fortune on just that!) but looks delicious.

Just wanted to say thank you - sitting here eating it and it's delicious! No calories on Easter Day, right?

Oh fab - glad you enjoyed it! It is actually scientifically proven that calories don’t exist over Easter (thankfully because Easter lunch was large 😂)
