Netflix Scam - from real website??

I feel like I am going mad here but am probably being silly.

I had an email from Netflix saying the email had been changed on my account, which I hadn't. Email was from [email protected]
I tried to log in via a browser and it had been changed so I couldn't log on. There was a help link, which I clicked but the chat asked for my payment details so I left. I'm now logged out of it and can't get back in! How can this have happened? And it seems like the link on their own website is hacked, but it can't be can it?

Any idea what is going on?

I've had a suspicious email from Netflix before and checked my account on the real site. I was able to delete the dodgy one, though. It was a few weeks ago.

From Google

If you receive an email from "[email protected]" that seems suspicious:
Don't click any links or enter information.

Check the sender's address carefully.

Visit the official Netflix website directly (not through a link in the email) to manage your account.

Report the suspicious email to Netflix at [email protected].

Often they have hidden something in the email address, or used a different “a” for example. @TinyTempestnailed it.
