Quick help needed please - 101

Am I allowed to call 101 to report abdoned car with no MOT and car declared SORN?

Why would you not just do it online?

@peppermintcrumble I tried too but couldnt find the right section. Just looked again and managed to find it! I completed the form. Lets see what happens. Thank you to both @beepbeep

@beepbeep @peppermintcrumble so met got back to me say as its not stolen they cant do anything about it and to contact council and dvla. Dvla said it could take up to 6 months. So car declared sorn and no mot is okay to park on a public road and no fine. Interesting.

You can report to the council for disposal( I’ve done it)
No need for Police

I had the same last year. Reported to the local council. Next day a fixed penalty notice appeared on its windscreen, few hours later vehicle disappeared, reappeared the next day further down the road but with tax and MOT

@uncomfortablydumb60 council said they cant do anything more. And its down to dvla.

@DinoLil council issued warning and that was it.

I called dvla. They said can take up to 6 months..
