Scary issues with memory

I think I’m going demented (not really), I drove round an area twice and passed the same car and I commented oh why did that van have to park there beside that car it’s like doing an obstacle course to get around them and he said the van was parked there last time we drove past but I could’ve sworn it wasn’t!
I went to reach into the microwave to get my mug and it wasn’t there which shocked me but then I realised I had already got it out a few minutes ago and it was on my side table

How old are you?
Menopause can cause memory problems and brain fog.
So can chronic fatigue ( welcome to my world)
And some vitamin deficiencies.
Lots of reasons so not necessarily dementia.

Tiredness I’d say. I have twice microwaved nothing thinking it put something in it - I sleep very badly. I blame the menopause.
