Yup. Especially when they just rub on you but you've no idea what they want.

Yes! I'm amazed that this tiny black leopard just hangs out with me and potters about.

A cat acquired us. I never wanted it but it lives in our house and is loved after being abandoned by neighbours. I am bemused by it and it’s quite cute.

I look at the Toasty Cats and think "How do you know that I'm safe to sleep next to you?"

I love that they go out and come in whenever they choose. They’ve got their own life that they get on with, but they still love being here (food is obviously a major factor 😅. But they just love chilling at home as much as they love going out).

Ha, yes, I say this all the time. Also, that they can come and go as they please, but that they willingly choose to come back (I know the reliable food source helps in that decision-making process, but still!).

I called my cat “my little baby” until DH pointed out that in cat years he’s a 42 year old man. I don’t look at him the same now.

My cat follows me around and miaows if she can’t see me. I think she’s more demanding than my DC.

I never was a cat person until a neighbours cat decided I absolutely was going to be a cat person. Now I’m the one with a cat of my own living in my house, a not my cat that’s been visiting since 2019 and ram raids his way in daily, and a host of neighbours cats that seem to think I’m the cat person

We currently have 2 DCats and 3 DKittens. DKittens are not yet 3 months old. Woke up this morning to a bedroom covered in feathers. On closer inspection, heavily played with dead sparrow in kittens' "den". One of the DCats clearly brought it in for them! And yet I still adore them all!
