Does anyone other hair dryer or hair styler dry like the Dyson?

I was very lucky to use a friend's Dyson a few times. It's the multi hair styler. I never used the attachments but just dried my hair with the Dyson. I really love my hair any time I dry my hair with it. My hair feels like silk. Does anyone know why this happens from the Dyson? Doel they use some technology or what?

Is there any budget option that would achieve the same results?

I currently own a parlux hair dryer and I do love it but I don't get that silky feel with it compared to the Dyson.

I don't want to spend Dyson prices. I can't justify that.

I would prefer a multi styler. Something with a hair dryer option and a curling option.

I got a Babyliss version that appears to be similar. Never tried the Dyson to compare but I can say the Babyliss has a similar effect to what you describe, my hair feels silky, no frizz, never achieved a finish like it with any other method.
