Anyone else down with a really nasty virus. Chesty cough, green phlegm, constantly streaming nose, whole body aches and awful migraine like headache. Paracetamol and ibuprofen not touching it.

Dh had it..it lasted about 5 days. I came.dpwn with it yesterday. Kids.are fine..wandering if its.flu/covid.

Yep. I'm 3 weeks into it, finally feeling a bit better today. I found that a nasal spray took the edge off but yes it's been rough. Sorry you're feeling poorly.

Reallyyyyyy · 15/04/2025 20:35

Thank you @HowManyDucks I will try that. Glad you are at the end!

Thanks. I was coughing up bloody mucus for days, seriously unpleasant. I also found a small lump on my right forearm which I'm assuming is a lymph node or something, so watch out for that!

Otrivine nasal spray is the one I'm using.

ChardonnaysBeastlyCat · 15/04/2025 22:13

It might be hay fever.

Reallyyyyyy · 16/04/2025 08:06

@ChardonnaysBeastlyCat definitely not hay fever, chills, temperature, sweating, body aches all over and razor thoat.
