Abdominal Pain.

Looking for advice. (Posted in Health but no replies).

I have a horrible stabbing pain in my stomach about 2 inches below my navel. It doesn't feel gynae-related, but is very painful. Last night I had very painful muscle spasms in my stomach too. I don't know what to do. Obviously I've had paracetamol, which hasn't done much. Definitely not pregnant. Can't get a sodding GP appointment for love nor money.
I don't know how long to leave it to see whether it goes away.

Ring 111

OOH GP or 111 would be the best bet

Possibly appendicitis? That starts in the middle then moves to the right hand side. But definitely needs to be checked by a medical professional - I'd agree with 111.

I called 111 and they advised a GP appt, which I couldn't get. I had my appendix out in 2020, so not that. It's still there and it comes and goes. I will try GP again tomorrow. It's honestly making me feel sick and exhausted with the pain. Thanks for replying.

Ring 111 again, tell them you cannot get a GP appointment and explain that the pain is worse and making you feel sick. They might be able to get you an appointment at an OOH clinic. What is your temperature and pulse?
