What's a mouse click controller

Ds is asking for an Xbox mouse click controller? I looked on amazon but its just showing me standard xbox controllers. Any ideas ?

Basically a mouse click controller a way of making Xbox controller buttons more responsive (more like a gaming mouse) so a player is more competitive against PC gamers...
