in the 80s my mum used to make an amazing Mary Berry chocolate pavlova recipe. It has chocolate sauce and cream between the meringue layers and cream piped with maltesers balanced on top. My sister and I loved it so much and I’m quite nostalgic about it
Mum and I would like to make it now but she doesn’t have the book any more and I just can’t find it on the internet. We can’t remember the name of the book except the cover was brown and it was possible called Perfect Cooking or similar
