Afternoon Tea in Derby area?

Does anyone have any recommendations for Afternoon Tea in the Derby/S Derbyshire area, maybe also Nottingham.

Not Chatsworth, I’ve looked at that but it’s expensive.

Parky’s in Cromford is very nice. Plus you can go over the road after and have a good old mooch in Scarthin Books.

I live near Derby and love a good cafe trip! Have a look at The Little Shed in Allestree. Very pretty and lovely cakes. They also have a bigger Ashbourne cafe. The Apple Tree gift shop in Ockbrook, very small inside but lovely and they have an outdoor area and a little covered barn area too. Very good size portions on the afternoon tea. Piptree cafe in Colliers in Borrowash. Always busy but also have outdoor and indoor seating and massive cakes! Tea @ 3 in Melbourne, very good cakes! There’s also Hackwood cafe, recently refurbed. Very good breakfasts and deli.
