Encrypted Email urgent question

Going through the ehcp process with the LA
I've replied to the encrypted email they sent but I can find my reply anywhere.
Does that mean it never sent?
It's not in my sent folder or drafts.
Is it normal to not be able to view a reply?

I can't view replies in my 'sent' box to encrypted emails sent by my LA either (I foster for the LA and send quite a few replies, they do show if I go back into the chain of emails though).

Is it egress, can you check the app? It should show there. You might need a code

Ours is an external webpage - do you need to log in to a website to get to emails in and out through the secure system?
