I need to change my bedding from a double duvet to two single duvets.

I was looking online and I saw a duvet with a feather filling and it's 7.5 tog.

Would that be warm enough. It will be for all year around.

Should I go for something different. Any recommendations.

If you feel the cold it is unlikely to be warm enough in winter. I prefer wool duvets.

You can get all season feather duvets which clip together.
