Anyone tried it? My IG and FB are constantly full of ads for it, I've had some issues with thinning hair over the past few years and I'm tempted, but thinking ot could just be another fad.
Anyone taking it and it's actually working?

I take it for bladder control - it seems to help that. Not noticed it making a difference to my hair but I’ve lots so might not notice tbh.

Thanks for replying, that's interesting about bladder control, mine isn't great at times, what brand do you take?

Definitely works for bladder issues. I’m only getting up once a night instead of three/four times.

Ive not noticed anything regarding hair but I’ve got low iron as well so that has an effect.i just got a cheap bag from amazon 90 capsules for a tenner.

Snap I just get whatever’s cheapest on Amazon

it tastes fabulous on salads. i've never heard of it being used medicinally. In Austria and Germany it's sold as a salad oil.

I just started taking it for hair loss after reading about it on here and found its also good for bladder so hoping its not a just a fad, fingers crossed as only on day two so far.

I live in Central Europe and eat it on my salad, it's delicious! Never heard of it having medicinal properties but it's on lots of restaurant dishes here.

Roasted pumpkin seed oil is great for salad dressing.
