EasyJet baggage help please!

I feel so stupid asking this, but I am overloaded with holiday organising and this would take a weight off my mind!

I booked a 26kg suitcase onto our booking (return trip) and when I’ve checked on the app, it’s there as 1x 26kg bag. However, for the four of us, it says 8x seats and 8x hand luggage because it’s two flights if that makes sense, there and back. Please tell me it automatically books the suitcase onto the flight each way when you add the suitcase onto your booking?? I’ve planned the whole thing and I don’t want to have messed up but it’s getting stressful, plus I’m 3rd trimester. Anyone who knows that could tell me, I’d be so gratefu!

When I booked hold luggage yesterday on easyJet it automatically put it on both legs (i.e cost twice as much as one way).

Mine shows two bookings, 1 x 23kg and 1 x 26kg suitcase, and I've booked 2 suitcases on the inbound and 2 on the outbound, so I think it probably does add it to both. I'd still check though!

It adds the case both ways unless you specifically tell it not to.

I accidentally booked myself a cabin bag for one way and not the return. Still not sure how I did that!

Oh god need to add mine to previous booking. Can i do it before checking in do we think?
