Would power washing make a difference to this?

I rarely use my garden other than looking at it through the window but I did pot some plants today and even I noticed the patio looks a bit grotty. I don't really want to spend £££ on something I rarely use but would power washing spruce this up a tad or be a total waste?

I've had my drive done today and it looks amazing. I didn't think it looked too bad before.

Pressure washing should help, and you can hire rather than buy. Or maybe borrow one from a neighbour?

We had our patio professionally steam cleaned a few summers ago and it made a huge difference
