Thankfully, I can make any lists I need on my phone.
For around 50 years, I have had my writing remarked on about how neat it is, how lovely it is, how much I can fit on a postcard🤣🤣
Blah blah blah
As per my username, I had two strokes earlier in the year and now my writing is terrible. I have no feeling in my right hand, so the control isn't great. I too live alone.
@Paganpentacle The Mumsnet finding shopping list end trying to decipher it, discuss what the writer has written what they might be cooking, et cetera has never really been of interest to me, but it's mainly a fairly harmless past time for some.
Possibly is a little mean when it's obviously an older person who may not have had the best education or maybe has just lost the ability to write neatly as they have got older, lots of things affect your fine motor skills.
But in reality, there's next to no chance of the person who left the list in the trolley finding a thread on Mumsnet discussing it.
Hopefully the person with the shopping list has enjoyed their meal!! it does sound like a chicken roast to me and that they're having Yorkshire puddings. I'm vegetarian so you can keep the chicken, but I do love a Yorkshire pudding!!
