Looking to completely redecorate hallway/stairs/landing.
Including new flooring,
Looking for inspiration and if anyone wants to share their pics appreciated.

Mine is tiny, but I have white tongue and groove up to (high) window sill level, and ultra expensive gold William Morris 'Snakeshead' wallpaper above. I have a white shoe cupboard, a small white bench to sit on to remove shoes, and white coat hook rails with black peg hooks. I have a large oval pencil family portrait in a very battered gold plaster frame, and a small oval mirror in an old gold frame.

It is light and bright, but also opulent, and gives me pleasure.

I understand you might not want to share a photo, but could you sketch a plan of the shape/size? Also put on where the windows are.
Is there anything in it which will be surviving the redecoration, such as furniture? If yes, what material/style is it?
