I used to run many many years ago so I know I like it.
i felt too overweight before but have lost some weight so a good time to start. i have been wanting to get out for ages, have more weight to lose and have slowed a little so exercise would help
how do I get past the mental block?
i have some new (not terribly fashionable) trainers - just waiting to be worn
i dont even know if I can run anymore!!!!
