SPF on your hands

Every morning I put SPF 50 on my face. I just got to work and saw a colleague put SPF on the back of her hands (she had forgotten to do this before she left home). Having thought about it, it makes sense. Do you put SPF on your hands?

I had a massage the other week and the lady doing it said we should all be using spf50 on our faces, hands and chests.

I usually use spf30 but just on my face. I’ve ordered some 50 to try.

I do and I also put the excess of any skin care on the back of my hands too. I'm 43 and have to say my hands look pretty good 😁

My hands are not too bad but since I already put SPF on my face daily, I'll start putting it on the back of my hands too!
