TESCO are utterly SHITE at customer service

I spend around £150 a week at my local store, always home delivery.

When it’s good it’s good - when there’s an issue they are an utter shitshow at dealing with it

I had a large shop scheduled for this evening, lots of party food for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow. Had notification on the app that the delivery would be delayed - no problem. When it eventually arrived there was no chilled or frozen food at all as the van was faulty.

Why didn’t someone call ahead to pre warn me so I could go shopping this evening?

Theyve offered me a rescheduled delivery for 8pm tomorrow night or a refund in 3-5 working days.

So I’ll be up and out at the arse end of dawn tomorrow now going to buy all the party food and other food for the week.

I’ll be going to Sainsbury’s. Fuck you Tesco

That's disappointing, on the contrary I've always had really good service . Just the other week they didn't bring out the freezer bits in my click and collect, husband who collected seemingly didn't notice (wtf) and it wasn't till I got home later that we discovered it. Rang Tesco and they were so apologetic, asked me if I could go back and collect and gave me a clubcard voucher for £10.
