My niece is turning 21, I’ve no idea what to get her! Would rather not give cash, any particular jewellery brands popular with that age at the moment?

I would stay away from branded jewellery like Pandora (because I think it is overpriced mass produced tat) and get her a good quality piece of gold jewellery instead. Go to a local jeweller and get the benefit of their expertise, not a cheap high street name like H.Samuel.
