Vinted labels - no digital option

Anyone else only getting downloadable/print labels for things they've sold? It has stopped giving me the option for the digital version which I much prefer?

Can't see anything in postage settings that's changed and their chatbot is useless!

Any ideas would be appreciated thanks

How strange - I just posted a load yesterday with inpost, evri and yodel and had digital labels available for all of them.

Try updating the app, and logging in and out?

It normally depends on if someone is getting it sent straight to their house or sent to a locker

The opposite for me the other day. I had Royalmail as an option that someone selected. It sent me a digital label. There was no way of printing one. I usually print and get Royalmail to pick the items up. I then went to 2 drop off locations that were noted as parcel boxes/lockers. They were just drop off parcel boxes no way of getting a label. I had to cancel the order.

If it’s inpost, it’s a digital label if going to a locker, a printed one if going to an address

This must have been a glitch yesterday because I somehow managed to get a print label not a digital, no idea how, but I found that you can’t change once you’ve selected it and the only way to choose the other option is to cancel the whole sale!

Yeah this - it’s been a while since I’ve done it but I turned off the option to allow home postage because I don’t have a printer. Obviously limits your pool of buyers though.
