Leaving present idea for someone moving abroad

I'm a bit stumped about what to get my lovely manager who is leaving the organisation to move abroad. Its just off me and only a token gift as I don't think she'd want anything more than that. Up to about £20 and would need to be small in size. Don't really want to get chocolate or wine. Any ideas?

Airtag for their suitcase (if they have an iPhone - tiles are better for android phones). Bit over £20 but really useful…

I’ve done 7 international moves and the best leaving gifts were always an illustrated book including local history of the place I was leaving!

Also a nice gift is a print of a local landmark (we have a couple of nice prints in frames of our favourite places in Singapore on our walls - might be out of your budget though unless you can buy a print unframed but have a sturdy container for it)
