Have you ever tracked how much sugar you eat in a day?

I’ve started watching my sugar intake and I am shocked at the amount I’ve been consuming without even thinking about it. Even the obviously sweet items have more sugar than I would’ve guessed.

Does anyone have any tips on following a lower sugar lifestyle?

minimize the amount of ultra processed food you consume and where possible cook from scratch.
And remember that stuff like white bread, rice etc gets rapidly converted into sugar anyway, so that would be adding to your sugar intake.

I was hoping that cutting down on added sugar would be enough tbh. Not sure I could cope if I started cutting out carbs as well!
