Depression before period.

Mid 40s. Get really low for a few days. What helps?! Thanks.

@Starlightstargazer I hope someone is along with words of wisdom to help us out. It is a day or so for me, but I really get low.

I’m the same although can last a week. Exercise, good food, limiting caffeine help a little bit I’ve always just ridden it out knowing I’ll feel better once my period comes (I have irregular periods which doesn t help!)
