Tranexamic acid doesn’t work what now?

I have Adenomyosis and Endometriosis. I’m ttc so can’t use hormonal contraceptives to control it. Painkillers don’t work , Ferrous sulphate etc don’t help the anaemia and tranexamic acid doesn’t work. Is there any other treatment ?
Currently saving for an Iv infusion privately for low ferritin but is there anything else I can try ? It’s affecting my whole life

Have you had a laparoscopy with excision for the endometriosis?

Yes but that was 10 years ago so I’m pretty sure it needs to be done again 😔

Yeah I would say so probably! Mine only lasted about 5-6 years.

There are some studies that show increased chances of getting pregnant after excision though so if you are TTC it could actually help.
