Don’t have anything to be disappointed about, because you are doing parenting completely alone and already knew you’d have no one to think of you today.

To all the Mums who woke up this morning alone with your child- no flowers, no cards, no gifts. No lie in, no breakfast in bed or a meal out to look forward to.

I wanted you to know that I’m thinking of you, and everything you do.

I hope all the solo Mums can still enjoy a wonderful day with their child/children.

No problem. I find every year on here there are always a lot of posts from people who are disappointed in what they do get (not saying they are all wrong) but the people who get absolutely nothing, have no one to think of them or care for them are always forgotten.
