I've cooked a leg of lamb for friends who are coming over later.
Its a sort of Turkish style (rubbed with rose harrisa) and I'm serving with greek salad, roasted veg couscous, roast mini potatoes.
How should I serve up the lamb? Shred it and put it on a serving plate? Slice and put onto everyone's plate, or just put the whole leg on the table and let people cut chunks off?
