Just that really. I have never heard of them before.
We have been house hunting for 18 months. We are struggling as our area/requirements are quite specific. Yesterday a house appeared on Rightmove that fits all our requirements and is within budget. Fabulous, we thought.
My first thing we look at is bedroom sizes as so many 4 bed plus houses have 3 decent sized and then the 4th/5th are tiny. We have ourselves and 3 kids to house as well as needed an office so bedrooms are important to us.
The pictures look great but it's hard to judge the bedroom sizes. There are no floor plans or measurements anywhere on the (pretty minimal) listing. There is a load of blurb about the company, loads about the area and then literally 2 sentences about the house.
I have emailed asking if they have a floor plan or measurements and got back a very blunt "No we don't".
I have looked on their website and all the ads are the same, very minimal information. These are not cheap houses either and if I was selling, I would be wanting a lot more!
So my question is, is it worth pursuing this and booking a viewing? I don't want to waste the vendors time if the bedrooms are wrong but also dont want to miss a good house. But then if the agent if rubbish, will we even get anywhere?
I also want to push a note through the door of the house to tell them how crap their agents are!
Why is nothing simple?
