Trying to be upbeat and think of good positive things I can do . With the house and the kids . I mean with the house I know what I need to do but got myself in a bit of a slump.

I really don't know what I can do with the kids either that feels a bit upbeat and exciting . During the holidays. Ds birthday is coming up to.

Get in the habit of putting on happy music.

If you feel sad, give yourself 10 or 15 minutes to indulge in that feeling and then start doing something to distract yourself or change your mood.

Probably not the best advice but I find caffeine really helps me to feel lively and upbeat!

How old are the children?

14, 8,9 18 of older wants to one along.

Museums is definitely a no . And no que gardens type thing . They would hate them .

I was thinking of something that's a big treat that everyone would be excited about. But im leaning the other way now and thinking to keep it basic. Maybe bowling, bike/scooter /skates . I know there's a woodland type walk that we have never tried.
