She was only 66 and had been ill for some time. She was such a big part of my childhood and teenage years and gave me so much pleasure.
I loved her books, especially The Vampire Diaries and The Forbidden Games trilogy. I had such a big crush on Damon and Julian.(I had such terrible taste in literary men.)
